All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars.
We accept Bank Transfer, Alipay and Paypal for Hong Kong, Macau and China customers.

We Only accept Paypal on International Orders with confirmed Shipping Address.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged and refunded.

Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund after order is submitted.

Return & Exchanges (if applicable)
All sales are FINAL. If you have any questions or concerns with regard to sizing or condition of a specific product on our site, please contact us before submitting order.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. 
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same or og/ther item, send us an email at and send your item to : Shop 229, Causeway Place, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All orders will be shipped within 2 working days.
Domestic orders will be shipped via S.F. Express or Ta-Q-Bin Service.
International orders will be shipped via Hong Kong Postal Service.
Customers will be emailed tracking information immediately when order has been shipped.

Shipping fee for most of the countries will be shown on checkout. If there is no shipping fee shown for your countries, please contact us before you place an order, we will quote the best price and let you know the shipping fee as soon as possible after we receive your inquiry.

Depending on your location you may be held responsible for customs and duties on your order. These fees are your responsibility and we has no control over them. If you have questions about customs and duties fees please contact your local customs office. Packages that are returned due to duties unpaid will be refunded upon receipt. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
